1. 接受条款

欢迎使用「邮票册 / StampAlbum」（下称「本应用」）。下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您同意本使用条款及配套的隐私政策。若不同意，请勿使用本应用。

2. 服务描述

本应用是一款面向个人使用的离线集邮工具，主要功能包括：

使用相机或相册照片，裁切并生成带齿孔效果的邮票
按邮册文件夹收藏、浏览与管理邮票
日历、邮路地图与展墙等本地展示方式
导出透明贴纸、系统分享，以及桌面小组件展示
通过一次性买断（Pro）解锁更多形状、色调、批量等能力

功能以您设备上实际提供的版本为准，我们可能随版本更新调整功能范围。

3. 使用许可

3.1 许可授予

在遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予您有限的、非独占、不可转让的许可，仅供您在个人拥有或控制的设备上安装与使用本应用。

3.2 使用限制

您不得：

复制、修改、出租、出售本应用或其核心部分（法律允许的除外）
对本应用进行反向工程、反编译或破解（法律明确允许的除外）
移除版权或专有标识
利用本应用从事违法活动，或侵害他人知识产权、肖像权、隐私权
上传或保存您无权使用的他人照片内容

4. 购买与 Pro

4.1 免费与 Pro

本应用提供有限的免费保存额度；超出后或使用部分高级能力（如特定形状、色调、批量等）可能需要解锁 Pro。具体以应用内说明与 App Store 产品页为准。

4.2 终身买断

Pro 以非消耗型、一次性买断形式通过 Apple App Store 销售（非自动续期订阅）。价格与地区以 App Store 显示为准。购买与恢复购买由 Apple 处理；您可在同一 Apple ID 下使用「恢复购买」。

4.3 退款

退款适用 Apple 的退款政策，请通过 Apple 支持或 App Store 账户购买记录申请。我们无法直接代为办理 App Store 退款。

5. 用户责任

权限提示：创作邮票可能需要相机、照片图库权限；地点与邮路功能可能需要定位权限。您可在系统设置中管理权限；拒绝部分权限将导致对应功能不可用。

5.1 内容权利

您应保证对用于做成邮票的照片拥有合法权利，或已取得必要授权。您对自行创作、导出与分享的内容负责。

5.2 本地数据与备份

邮票数据默认保存在本机。设备丢失、损坏、系统故障、误删或卸载应用可能导致数据丢失。请自行做好备份。我们不对上述原因造成的损失承担责任。

5.3 分享与导出

您通过系统分享或导出到相册的内容，将由您及接收方/目标应用进一步处理，请谨慎操作。

6. 知识产权

本应用的名称、界面、代码、齿孔样式与品牌元素等（您的照片内容除外）归开发者或权利人所有。您对照片与生成邮票中属于您原创的内容保留相应权利；本应用不主张对您照片本身的所有权。

7. 免责声明

本应用按「现状」和「可用」基础提供。我们不保证：

满足您的全部特定需求
始终不中断、无错误
所有设备与系统版本上表现完全一致
地点逆地理、渲染效果或小组件刷新在任何环境下均准确及时

8. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害负责，包括但不限于数据丢失、利润损失或业务中断。

9. 服务变更与终止

我们可能更新、暂停或调整本应用功能。已通过 App Store 完成的买断权益，仍受 Apple 规则与您购买时约定的约束。

10. 第三方服务

本应用依赖 Apple App Store、系统相册/相机/定位/地图等能力。第三方的条款与隐私政策由其自行负责。

11. 条款修改

我们可能更新本条款并修订更新日期。继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。

12. 适用法律

在不与强制法律规定冲突的前提下，争议应优先协商解决。

StampAlbum Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using StampAlbum (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

StampAlbum is a personal, offline-first stamp album tool that lets you:

Create perforated-style stamps from camera or photo library images
Organize stamps in folders and browse them locally
Use calendar, journey map, and wall displays
Export transparent stickers, share via the system sheet, and use widgets
Unlock Pro features (extra shapes, tones, batch tools, etc.) via a one-time purchase

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, rent, reverse engineer (except where allowed by law), or use the App for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.

4. Purchases / Pro

A free save quota may apply. Pro is offered as a non-consumable, one-time purchase through the Apple App Store (not an auto-renewing subscription). Pricing is shown in the App Store. Restores are handled by Apple for the same Apple ID. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.

5. Your Responsibilities

You must have rights to photos you use. Stamp data is stored on device—please back up. We are not liable for loss from device failure, deletion, or uninstall. Sharing/export is under your control.

6. Intellectual Property

The App’s branding, UI, and code are owned by the developer or licensors. You retain rights in your photos; we do not claim ownership of your photo content.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation

The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss.

8. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
